No, the form once submitted cannot be edited at any time later.

A: It
is not essential but you may take a print out of the acknowledgment form as
reference for your own use.
Q11: What are the basic criteria for the candidates
applying on contractual posts to get eligible for the written exam?

The applicant should have furnished their details of minimum educational
qualifications & the experience as advertised for the particular post in
the online application form correctly to be eligible to appear in the written
test.
Q12: How will I know if I am eligible or not?
A:
The list of all the eligible candidates will be displayed on our website (www.cgmsc.in) before the relevant stages of
recruitment from time to time.
Q13: For the written examination will I get the
admit card by post?
A: No,
the admit cards would be made available online before the exam, applicants
should take the print out of the admit card from notified website.

What is the difference between deputation & contractual mode of
recruitment?
A:
Deputation mode of recruitment is for those employees who are currently working
in the central govt./ state govt. / working in the govt. undertaking companies
and having the minimum qualifications & experience (except for the posts of
GM-Admin & GM-Fin) as mentioned in the detailed advertisement of CGMSC Ltd.
Such employees must apply online if they wish to; they will be recruited according
to the deputational rules of government.
While the Contractual mode of recruitment is for those candidates
who are currently either a fresher / working autonomously / working in private
companies etc and having the minimum qualifications & experience as
mentioned in the detailed advertisement of CGMSC Ltd. Such candidates will be
employed in CGMSC Ltd., according to the contractual rules of government after
passing the examination & interview conducted by CGMSC on merit basis.
Q15:
Is the selection process mentioned in the website common for both the deputational
posts & contractual posts?
A:
No, the selection process mentioned in one of the pdf file on our website is
only for the contractual candidates. It will not be the same for the
deputational candidates.
Q16: What should I do in
case if my photo / signature uploaded by me is / are exchanged by some another
candidate’s photo / signature?
A: You must ensure that
the photo / signature uploaded by you is in .jpg format only, keep your acknowledgment slip’s copy safely with
you so that you can produce it later to us if required.
Q17: What should I do if
after submitting my online form, I could not note the auto generated
registration number due to some internet connectivity problem?
A: The list of all the successfully
registered candidates will be displayed after 10/10/12 on our website after the
basic scrutiny is done.
Q18: Can I apply if my
degree / course is not a regular one but it is issued from a recognised
university / institute?
A: No, the degree /
course should be a regular one and it should be issued by a recognised
university / institute of India. The candidates having passed the regular
courses from the recognized university / institute can only apply as per the
rules of CGMSC Ltd.
Q19: I have not done the
course as advertised but I have passed the equivalent course, am I eligible or
not to apply?
A: The candidates who
have passed the regular courses that are advertised for the posts are only
eligible to apply. (Exception is for the two posts of GM-Admin & GM-Fin on
deputation basis only)
