Eligibility:

  1. Educational qualifications should be from a recognized University/Institute (UGC/AICTE approved) & the result should have been declared on or before 31.04.2013. (The fraction of percentage 54.49% will be treated as less than 55% and 54.50% will be treated as 55%, thus rounding off is allowed at higher than .5 value ).

  2. 18-35 years of age as on 31-04-2013 (Age Relaxable according to CG Govt. Rules)

 

How to Apply:

Candidates are advised to read the advertisement carefully, application submitted through On-Line form does not imply that candidate has fulfilled all the criteria given in the advertisement and Application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected if found to be ineligible at any point of time.

  1. Before applying for any post, please ensure by yourself the eligibility for selected post.

  2. Registration is multi-step process, please read the instructions/guidelines before applying.

  3. For every post it's required to fill a separate form.

  4. Select the post for which you want to apply and enter Name, Surname, Date of Birth & other details to Proceed Further.

  5. Enter the details of identification mark on your body (e.g. mole or any other birth mark.)

  6. Before applying Online, the candidates must possess the digital/scanned passport (pp) size photograph(less than 50 KB with 150X 100 Pixel) and Signature (less than 30 KB with 150X 40 Pixel) in JPEG format and the DD no., DD date along with the Branch name of DD issuing bank.

  7. The candidates shall have to ensure that photograph attached/uploaded during online submission is the latest one and the same photograph is produced at each stage for identification.

  8. The candidate has to provide a valid Email ID and Mobile No.

  9. Subsequent to registration on the website and successful generation of Registration Number, the candidates shall print/save the Registration Form and Acknowledgement Slip and has to send the copy of Acknowledgement slip with the original DD by speed post to Managing Director, Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Limited, 3rd floor, Govind Sarang Vyavasayik Parisar, New Rajendra Nagar, Raipur, C.G before 31-05-2013.

  10. No other means of postal communication will be acceptable and Demand Draft received after the last date would not be entertained.

  11. Candidates are advised not to press Refresh Button while they are in mid of the submission.
